Yes, we* finally accepted an offer on the house from a buyer a couple of weeks ago. So, our to-do list gets longer and longer after adding 'packing', 'house-hunting' and 'moving' on it. It's hard to even take a bath with a baby as demanding as LA, imagine doing all those aforementioned things with one hand while the other is carrying LA in all her 5.495kg glory!

We haven't been able to sleep-in on weekends these past month because house inspections are always on a Saturday morning. We are waiting to hear on one house in Dandenong on Monday and I really hope we get it because, one, it is not as far as Carrum Downs or Seaford or something. Two, we need to vacate by December 17th. Three, I am tired of climbing up the three flight of stairs of this apartment with the 5.495kg cutie-pie. And four, I have had enough of living in this mess! If all goes well, we shall be hosting a house-warming cum Christmas do soon y'all!

I have got to do this more often. Good thing with updating from my Blackberry is there won't be many more long posts. The bad thing? less photos and sore arms, and no editing and no fancy letterings, etc. Yikes!

Also, I know I am a bit O.C.D. when it comes to grammar and spelling mistakes, but nowadays I really don't have the luxury to triple-check and re-edit everything. So bear with me, don't think I'm stupid, just in a hurry LOL! Whoa she's awake, toodles!
